Return Policy
All refunds are subject to the below rules:
Products must use the following guidelines. The unused product must be returned within 21 days of
receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, in-store credit on
a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Products must be
in new condition with all tags and packaging in place. Any Used, abused, or broken products after use items will not be accepted.
ALL Returns require an RA number. Any returns sent back with no RA # will result in a 20% restocking fee.
The following items are exceptions to the returns guidelines and are NON-Refundable and NON-exchangeable:
- We
do not accept returns for clearance, closeout, sale, or special order
items.
- Due to serious health concerns bits are no longer returnable.
- Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Special
orders include customizable items, items listed in Product description
as Special order.

If a product becomes damaged during normal wear because of a
manufacturing defect The Equine Source will repair, replace, or refund
the purchase price of the product as indicated by the manufacture's
warrantee.

For returns on items drop shipped from our vendors please contact us
for return instructions since a Return Authorization Number may be
required. Items that are sent back to manufacturers with no RA number will be subject to in-store credit only
• We suggest
that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with
insured service. This will protect you in case it is damaged or lost in
transit. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or
lost shipments.
- Free shipping return policy-Any item that is returned that has been shipped out on a free shipping promotion will be liable for original incurred cost of shipping on item(s).
