Special Order Guidelines:

Please note that all or any item stated as a special order item is subject to the  following guidelines:

Special order items include any item that is customized at time of purchase.
Special order items include off season items ordered, (ex. winter blanket sold in summer season that must be ordered)
Due to the large number of sizes available on Petrie Tall boots they are considered a special order item.
Special order items may also be specified on the page. Ex. Jack's Whirlpool Boot.

1. All special orders are subject to full payment at time of order and payment is non-refundable.
2. Special order items may not be canceled.
3. We are not responsible for the allotted time period an item may be on order. We have no control over the length of time a special order item is on order from a manufacturer. You will be responsible for payment of the item.
